In this special class, we combine the powerful practices of yoga and breathwork to strengthen and revitalize body and mind. **What to expect:** The class begins with an energizing yoga practice designed to release tension and optimally prepare your body for the breathwork that follows. Yoga not only promotes flexibility and strength but also mindfulness and concentration, helping you focus on the here and now. After the yoga practice, Michi will guide you through various cyclical breathing techniques. Breathwork is a powerful method that can help you reduce stress, release emotional blockages, and establish a deeper connection to your inner self. Conscious breathwork can often lead to a feeling of inner freedom and clarity. We have created a framework that allows you to fully embrace whatever arises.
